Registration Inclusions
Full conference registration: includes entry to all conference sessions, exhibition, catering during the conference (Friday 6 & Saturday 7 June 2025) and one ticket to the Friday Night Happy Hour. Entry to the 2025 NZCB Awards and Gala Dinner on Saturday 7 June is not included however tickets can be purchased during registration.
One-day registration (Friday 6 June only OR Saturday 7 June only): includes entry to all conference sessions, exhibition, catering for that day. Friday day registration includes entry to the Happy Hour that evening. All other day registrations do not include entry to social events. Tickets to the 2025 NZCB Awards and Gala Dinner on Saturday 7 June is not included however tickets can be purchased during registration.
Behind the Build Site Tour
The Behind the bBuild Site Tour will be held on Thursday 5 June 2025. Tickets to the Behind the Build Site Tour can be purchased during registration for $160.50 + GST.
2025 NZCB Awards and Gala Dinner
Saturday 7 June 2025, 7:00pm to midnight
Get ready for an unforgettable night at Claudelands as we celebrate in style at the grand finale of the 26th Annual NZCB Conference and Expo! The evening will be bursting with energy as we present the 2025 NZCB Awards amid a vibrant atmosphere filled with fun and excitement. Let your hair down and dance the night away to the electrifying sounds of the band!
Your ticket includes an exquisite catering experience, and a limited bar tab will be available to keep the celebration going. Don’t miss out on this spectacular event!

Non-member $199 + GST

Payment Information
Full payment is required 10 working days after you receive the invoice or before the conference opening date, whichever date is earlier. Payments are collected by Twelve Conferences and Events on behalf of NZCB. If you need to set up Twelve Conferences and Events as a new supplier, please email them. Credit or debit card payments are processed via a secure gateway. A 3% credit card surcharge is applicable on all credit/debit transactions. Your payment will appear on your credit card statement as a transaction with 'Twelve Conferences + Events'.
Refunds, Substitutions and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please notify the conference organisers by email. Cancellations received up to and including Wednesday 30 April 2025 will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $50 + GST. Cancellations made from 1 May 2025 are non-refundable or at the discretion of the NZCB Chief Executive and NZCB Conference Committee. Registration may be transferred to another person, any applicable fee difference may apply. Please notify the conference organisers by email of the replacement attendee's name and contact details.
