Registration can be paid for by credit card at the time of booking or by invoice.

Note: Gala Dinner tickets are not included with single or full conference registration. Tickets can be purchased separately during registration.

Payment Information
Full payment is due within 10 working days of receiving your invoice or before the conference starts — whichever comes first. Payments are handled by Twelve Conferences and Events on behalf of NZCB.

To set up Twelve as a supplier, please contact them directly . Credit/debit card payments incur a 3% surcharge and will appear on your statement as Twelve Conferences + Events.

Refunds, Substitutions and Cancellations
To cancel your registration, email Twelve Conferences . Cancellations received by Wednesday 30 April 2026 will be refunded, less a $50 + GST fee. From 1 May 2026, cancellations are non-refundable unless approved by the NZCB Chief Executive and Conference Committee.

You may transfer your registration to another person; please email the replacement’s name and contact details. Fee differences for differing registration types may apply.
